The Italian restaurant at the ground floor is just an amazing place to eat, and to chat with the owner Nelson and the staff. They are all very helpful, dedicated, friendly.

Loved the view from the room, absolutely breathtaking! The breakfast spread was fantastic with loads of options to choose from. The hotel also offered a shuttle service, which was extremely convenient for us as we were new to the city.

The service at the restaurant was subpar and left us a bit disappointed. Not to mention, the location was a little sketchy and not ideal for a romantic getaway.

The location in the center of the city made it easy to get around, with nearby metro stations and parking available. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a recently renovated fitness center and well-appointed rooms offering Ethernet and Wi-Fi.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great option for budget travellers. the fitness centre is still being renovated, but the central location and proximity to a metro station make up for it. Rooms are well, appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, and the attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Though breakfast needs improvement, the Italian restaurant on the ground floor is a must, try. the only drawback is a lack of English, speaking staff in the restaurant.

The staff at this luxury hotel were extraordinary, providing me with outstanding service. the exclusive amenities were a delight, including the pristine outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers to relax in the sun terrace. In-room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was perfect for evening cocktails. the private facilities were exceptional and the location advantages were unbeatable.

The only minor issue was the lack of a gym, but this was made up for by the hotel's other great features.
